Description
The TecArt Research Edition is designed for research and education institutions in Germany that are eligible to procure through the OCRE 2024 framework. It combines applications for research-related operations, service and administration on one platform and is hosted exclusively in the IONOS Cloud in Germany.
The edition is not a fixed specialist package. Its scope is tailored to your institution’s requirements. Select the applications that support your work today and add further capabilities as responsibilities and processes evolve.
Contact Management
Maintain structured records of research partners, clients, suppliers and other contacts. Emails, appointments, tasks, notes and documents are stored directly with the relevant contact. This keeps agreements, documents and communication histories easy to trace.
Ticketing and Support
Capture and process internal or external requests as tickets. Responsibilities, priorities, deadlines and processing status can be clearly assigned. Emails can be converted into tickets, while a self-service portal can support communication with external requesters when required. Workflows help automate recurring steps, such as assignments and status changes.
Order, Contract and Invoice Management
Manage quotations, orders and contracts in the relevant context of contacts and projects. Contract terms, deadlines and billing arrangements remain traceable. If your institution issues invoices, the edition can be extended with invoicing and e-invoice capabilities.
Groupware for Day-to-Day Collaboration
Emails, tasks and appointments are available in the same working environment as contacts, requests and projects. Tasks can be linked to people, contacts or projects. This supports collaboration across ongoing initiatives and prevents information from being lost across separate tools.
Project Management
Plan and manage projects using tasks, responsibilities, deadlines, progress tracking and documents. Dependencies, project phases and reports help structure ongoing work. Contacts, contracts, tickets and orders can be linked to the relevant project.
All applications use a shared data foundation. A request can therefore be processed as a ticket, linked to a project, accompanied by a contract and invoiced where required. Forms, workflows, roles and fields can be configured to fit existing processes without additional development work.
Field-level permissions, audit trails, SAML or OpenID integration and IP restrictions support access control and traceability requirements. The TecArt Research Edition is provided through the IONOS Cloud in Germany.
The TecArt Research Edition is offered at adapted OCRE conditions. Pricing depends on the selected scope and is available on request.
