Reybex is a cloud-native ERP platform for trading, e-commerce, and manufacturing companies. The solution connects inventory management, procurement, sales, warehouse, logistics, production, financial accounting, and point of sale in a central system.

Reybex bundles orders from online shops, marketplaces, and other sales channels. Items, prices, and inventory can be managed centrally. New orders update the available quantities, while shipping and status information can be returned to connected systems.
More than 100 integrations enable the connection of shop systems, marketplaces, payment providers, shipping service providers, EDI connections, and other business applications. Thanks to the API-first architecture, Reybex can also be flexibly integrated into existing IT landscapes and individually expanded.
The warehouse management supports multiple warehouses and storage locations, goods receipts, goods issues, stock transfers, reservations, inventories, as well as serial and batch numbers. Minimum stock levels and disposition parameters help to identify needs early and plan replenishments efficiently.
In procurement, suppliers, terms, orders, goods receipts, and incoming invoices are managed. In sales, Reybex maps the process from quote to order, delivery note, and invoice to credit note. Individual price lists, customer terms, and recurring billing can be stored directly in the system.
Manufacturing companies can map bills of materials, production orders, and material requirements. Required materials can be determined based on orders, planned quantities, and current inventory. Multi-level bills of materials, production data acquisition, and production progress monitoring can also be integrated.
Financial accounting is directly connected to operational processes. Reybex supports accounts receivable and payable, payment reconciliation, open items, dunning, VAT pre-registration, and DATEV processes.
Rules, workflows, as well as AI-supported and agent-based functions help automate recurring tasks, evaluate information, and execute defined process steps. Authorizations, approvals, and responsibilities remain controllable.
Reybex is operated on the IONOS Cloud in German data centers. Companies benefit from a scalable cloud infrastructure, location-independent access, and a clear focus on data protection and European data sovereignty. Local server installations and time-consuming update projects are eliminated.
