Resilience365: when Microsoft 365 goes down, your business continues

Email, calendars, files, Teams: for most businesses, Microsoft 365 is the office. A few hours of downtime, and everything comes to a halt. A backup alone is not enough: you have copies of your data, but nowhere to work.

Resilience365 does both. An independent copy of your Microsoft 365 data, hosted by IONOS, and a temporary workspace to activate with one click when Microsoft is unavailable.

1. Automatic backup

• Everything that matters: accounts and groups, email, calendars, contacts, SharePoint files, Teams conversations.
• Updated every day, without installing anything: your Microsoft 365 administrator gives their consent in a few minutes.

• Your keys, if you want: keep control over encryption.
• Your data belongs to you: download it whenever you want.

2. Continuity space (optional PRA)

In case of an outage, an administrator opens the continuity space from the console. It fills automatically from your last backup and offers your teams:

• a connection with their usual accounts;
• an email, calendar, and contacts;
• their files, with their folders;
• conversations to continue exchanging.

Objective: ready in less than 72 hours (to the best of our abilities, without a deadline commitment). When Microsoft comes back, you can reinject the work done during the outage.

How to get started

1. Contact us from the IONOS marketplace or by email.
2. Connect your Microsoft 365 tenant (a few minutes, by your administrator).
3. Be protected: the first backup starts, then an update takes place every day. You follow the status of each backup in the console.

Good to know

• Resilience365 covers Microsoft 365 outages; it's not a tool against ransomware or a version history.
• For Teams, the first backup takes the most recent messages; the complete history is available as an option.
• Console in French and English.
