pibiGestor is the business management product of pibiCo, built on PILoT, designed for industrial SMEs that need to digitize all their processes in a single platform — without user license fees and without sending their data to a public cloud.
What it includes:
- 15 configurable modules: sales, purchases, warehouse, production, HR, CRM, quality, document management, assets, projects and works, field services, reports and analysis, employee/customer/supplier portal.
- Integrated AI: voice-to-text transcription for technical reports, artificial vision for sketches and documents, predictive maintenance.
- Industrial IoT: integration with sensors, PLCs and field devices (MIG/MAG welding, HVAC, energy monitoring).
- Third-party integrations: B2Brouter (electronic invoicing and billing), Amazon, online stores, TPV terminals, Presto Server (work budgeting), bidirectional financial APIs with existing accounting software.
- No recurring licenses: FOSS software (MIT license), only implementation and support are paid.
- Optional on-premise hardware: PILoT server with segregated IoT network for maximum security.
