Huacaya is the AI platform of Leadvise Reply, with which companies and public institutions can integrate artificial intelligence into their daily work processes. It connects powerful language models with internal knowledge sources and existing company systems. This creates chatbots, assistance systems and AI agents that unlock information, support employees and automate business processes.

The platform offers a central chat interface, interfaces for other applications and a low-code AI builder for creating individual AI applications. Documents and knowledge bases can be integrated, answers can be traced back to their sources, and existing systems as well as RPA solutions can be integrated into automated processes. Different language models can be selected and exchanged depending on the task, quality requirements and costs.

Huacaya can be operated flexibly in a private cloud, multi-cloud or directly on the IONOS cloud. For sensitive areas of application, operation on the IONOS cloud enables secure processing within a fully DSGVO-compliant and sovereign cloud infrastructure. This allows companies to use AI while maintaining full control over their data.

The possible applications range from research in technical documentation to internal knowledge assistants to agent-based process support. For example, a locally operated chatbot platform was rolled out in the defense industry, which makes vehicle instructions accessible in dialogue and is used on tablets. Further project experiences include a sovereign AI platform in the software industry, a completely on-premise operated AI solution in the banking environment and the global introduction of an agent-based platform in the risk consulting of an insurance group.
