- Workspace, room, and resource booking: Book and manage desks, meeting rooms, parking spaces, and freely definable assets across locations – including recurring bookings and bookings for colleagues.
- Interactive maps & check-in: Select and book resources directly on digital floor plans; check-in manually, via QR code, or optionally with geofencing support. Admins can configure check-in deadlines and automatic releases in case of no-shows.
- Flexible rules & restrictions: Whitelists, blacklists, and time-based restrictions for individual assets, zones, or entire floors – e.g., based on teams, roles, or identity groups.
- Visitor management: Digitally invite visitors, provide QR code/visit ID, map check-in via kiosk or reception, configure data protection/check-in questions, and manage visit processes transparently.
- Event management: Organize company and customer events with participants, speakers, sessions, booths, Q&A, surveys, event badges, and digital wallet passes on the same platform.
- Microsoft integration: Single sign-on via OpenID Connect/Microsoft Entra ID; integration with Outlook/Exchange resources via Microsoft Graph, as well as a tenant-side deployable Microsoft Teams app with SSO, booking functions, and notifications.
- Workplace analytics: Pre-configured KPIs and CSV exports for bookings, check-ins, no-shows, and utilization – from organization and location to floor, zone, and individual assets.
- Facility & operations: "Report a problem" workflows with categories, responsibilities, status control, and follow-up questions; additionally, location-related services such as catering or technical services can be integrated.
- Evacuation management: Digital live attendance list based on check-ins; employees can report their safety status, authorized admins update the status at the assembly point, and receive a continuously updated situation picture.
- Central administration: Office managers manage locations, floor plans, assets, roles, permissions, data protection/retention settings, and booking rules independently via the browser-based admin panel.

Payment options

The standard price in Euro markets is 2.00 EUR net per authorized user and month. The minimum purchase is 250 users, equivalent to 500 EUR net per month.
