The PLUSTECH GmbH is a young and unconventional IT service provider from Germany, offering managed services and consulting services in the areas of network, data center, and public cloud with a focus on enterprise applications.
PLUSTECH operates services natively in the cloud, at the customer's site, at the customer's partners, or on its own data center and server locations in Frankfurt, Nuremberg, and Bamberg.
The customers of PLUSTECH include, on the one hand, wholesale companies, retail chains, printing companies, medical and public institutions, and on the other hand, data center operators and market-related managed service providers. PLUSTECH is explicitly not a specialist trade partner for specific hardware or software manufacturers, but rather proceeds vendor-agnostically when selecting the technologies used and strives to minimize dependence on third parties in the interest of its customers.
The services are supplemented by hardware services such as procurement, repair, and purchase of used and defective IT hardware, as an OEM partner for IT service providers and for end customers. All repairs - including those at the SMD level - are handled completely in-house.
