Vom Server in die Cloud mit IONOS und Fullmanaged Service von IT-HAUS
Stephan Leiwe Architektur GmbH needed to procure a replacement due to an expiring server leasing contract and, after consultation with IT-HAUS, decided to migrate its workloads to the cloud. This was intended to save costs and improve sustainability. The company was founded in 1966 and has overseen projects such as the daycare center in Bad Essen. Without its own IT department, the on-site servers caused high maintenance costs and security risks. After thorough consultation, it was decided to let the leasing contract expire and migrate the workloads to the IONOS Cloud. IT-HAUS conducted a current-state and risk analysis and took over communication with the previous IT service provider. The project was successfully implemented within six months without any restrictions for the customer. Monthly IT costs were reduced by €300, and reliability was increased.
