FusionPass
Our digital product passport solution, which implements the EU Digital Product Passport (DPP) based on IndustryFusion specifications. It gives each product a verified, portable digital identity - including origin, certification, specifications, and lifecycle data - with identities stored on the Hedera blockchain on a public ledger, for tamper-proof, globally accessible verification throughout the ecosystem.

Smart Factory / Process Data Twin
The next level of digitalization for machines and production facilities. Physical processes are transformed into living process twins, driven by our open-source data room infrastructure - based on the Open-Source Data Room Project of the IndustryFusion Foundation and extended by Eclipse EDC. The strength of the process twin lies in its semantic modeling approach: digital twin models are defined in RDF, with classes and structures validated by SHACL, to ensure data integrity on a large scale. Networked factories are monitored and orchestrated via the NGSI-LD model, enabling complete validation of the entire data model even in highly scaled, live deployments - all on an open-source basis. Smart Factory provides the necessary infrastructure to connect machines and processes to a living, verified network - factories can build a Smart Factory network with IndustryFusion-X partners, including functions such as load sharing (e.g., laser cutters sharing orders with ecosystem partners), to increase productivity along the value chain.
XANA AI - Our AI manufacturing agent for the factory network, built on this connected ecosystem of digital twins. XANA creates added value through the use of sovereign, European AI and LLM models, enabling intelligent decision-making and automation throughout the manufacturing network.
X-SHARE - Our upcoming IndustryFusion-X (IFX) network application, which transforms the factory network into an active production-sharing marketplace. With X-SHARE, manufacturers can post and share orders throughout the ecosystem.
