We are an independent IT planning office and accompany public and private clients in planning, tendering, awarding and implementing their cloud projects. Our focus: infrastructures that meet the increasing demands for digital sovereignty - legally secure, economically viable and compliant with procurement law.
Many organizations operate their workloads with US hyperscalers today and find that requirements such as BSI C5, the new BSI criteria catalog C3A or the EVB-IT Cloud can only be met with restrictions or additional effort, because the providers are subject to the US CLOUD Act. IONOS Cloud offers a fully-fledged alternative: a platform developed in Germany, operated under German jurisdiction in data centers in Germany and Europe, with C5 certification, ISO 27001 and BSI-IT-Grundschutz certification. For authorities, KRITIS operators and medium-sized businesses, this means: compute, Kubernetes, object storage, databases and AI services without access from third countries.
As an IONOS Cloud partner, we bring both together - the technical planning of the target architecture and the procurement know-how, so that the procurement does not fail due to the procedure. Our services in detail:
- Cloud strategy and sovereignty assessment: analysis of the existing AWS, Azure or on-premises landscape, evaluation according to C5/C3A criteria and economic comparison with IONOS Cloud
- Target architecture and migration planning: design of scalable multi-cloud and hybrid scenarios, exit strategy from the hyperscaler, implementation roadmap
- Procurement support: service description, evaluation matrix and award criteria with sovereignty requirements according to VgV, EVB-IT Cloud, participation in the entire procedure
- Organizational consulting on ISO 27001, IT-Grundschutz and data protection in cloud operations
- Project monitoring and quality assurance until acceptance
